Our Experience

We offer a unique signature dining experience in an exclusive space of only 8 tables overlooking the open kitchen and, although we are inspired by Colombia, we do not do traditional Colombian cuisine, our Chef Edwin Rodriguez showcases his own cuisine.

Our speciality is the Tasting Menu which is estimated to last 2 hours and 30 minutes or more depending on the number of people per table.

Allergies or Intolerances

We can adapt our tasting menu, but it is essential that we are informed of any allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions for all people at the table at the time of booking.The Commission shall make the necessary adaptations in advance.
In the event of dietary restrictions that are informed at the restaurant and not at the time of booking, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to adapt our menu to your dietary requirements.ú.

Important

As our concept is experiential, it is very important to maintain a moderate voice volume at all times, so that everyone's experience in the room is as special as we have designed it to be.

Due to the characteristics of our space and service, we do not have high chairs or enough space for pushchairs, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

If attending with children, we recommend that they are at least 8 years of age to enjoy the Tasting Menu experience in its entirety.

Reservation Policy

At the time of booking, the system will ask for debit or credit card details without the restaurant having access to this information** **When you make a reservation, the system will ask for your credit or debit card details.

**When registering the debit or credit card details, to complete the reservation process and confirm the table, it is necessary to enter the APP of the card issuing bank and authorise the guarantee associated with the bank fingerprint (Double Bank Verification Process)**.

**The bank mark does not represent payment for the restaurant experience, it only represents the guarantee in case of non-compliance with the Cancellation Policy**.

**We do not have à la carte dishes, so the current Tasting Menu will be served for all the people at the table indicated in the reservation**.

Cancellation Policy

**You can cancel or modify your booking, subject to availability, free of charge up to 24 hours before the time of booking**.

**If the reservation is cancelled or modified after the 24-hour notice period, or in the event of a no-show, the restaurant will charge a fee of €45 per person**.

**If not all the persons indicated in the reservation are present, the account will be charged the amount of 45€ guarantee per person not in attendance** 

Waiting list

**If you do not find available reservations for the day of your choice, we suggest that you register on our digital Waiting List available on this website**.

**To register for the Waiting List you need to complete the bank footprinting process explained in the Reservation Policy**.

**The Waiting List does not constitute a table reservation until you receive an email from us expressly stating that your reservation has been accepted**.

**Tables on the Waiting List will be admitted, in order of registration, only in the event of cancellations. If there is no cancellation, your reservation on the Waiting List will not be accepted**.

**In the event that your reservation is accepted and you cancel or modify your reservation with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up at the restaurant on the day of your reservation, the Cancellation Policy will apply. If your reservation is not accepted, the Cancellation Policy** will not apply.
